Shipping
We ship from Australia….postage normally takes 5 to 16 days from Australia.
We post orders within 1 to 3 business days of cleared payment received. Unless your order is for a custom made item. All shipping is via the Australian post. We will ship in a bubble mailer to ensure no damage to your order.
INSURANCE, EXPRESS SHIPPING & TRACKING:
For your own peace of mind, you can upgrade to get an additional INSURANCE which includes a tracking number. If your item is originally to be sent in an padded envelope it will have to be sent in a medium box instead. Depending on your item and country, it will range between $21 for INTERNATIONAL air mail for the first $100 worth of items.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping costs about $59 more but takes only 2-4 business days to reach you. This comes with a tracking number and a signature on delivery.
LOCAL Australian buyers can choose to upgrade to EXPRESS service for a guaranteed 1 business day delivery (most major cities) at $ 9 more which includes a tracking number and signature on delivery.
If you want to upgrade to any of these services, please tell me andwe will bill you separately via Paypal notice to your email address.
Refunds and Exchanges
We would like you to be happy with your purchase and
we are happy to refund and exchange your purchase for something else in my shop, at buyers cost for postage. (postage will not be refunded)we need to be contacted by 7 days of receiving goods for any item/items that need to be refunded or returned, after this date the item will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please be sure of your purchase and ask any questions to help with your buying decision. We need to be 100% satisfied with my jewellery before I offer it up for sale. We will ship in a bubble mailer to ensure no damage to your order.
If however something happens to it, not from my doing, and you need a repair done we am willing to do repairs free of charge, but at buyers cost for postage.
Any other problems we are willing to sort things out. If you have a query regarding your order, please email the date of purchase, your user id, and the item(s) purchased. This will ensure a speedier response.
LOST ITEM & DELAYED SHIPPING:
We will NOT be liable if your items are lost, delayed or damaged mails due to shipment or wrong address as these are beyond my control. Since any loss is at your own risk, please seriously consider to UPGRADE to insured shipping if you need to cover against any loss and to have a tracking number. On my side,we always keep and ready to show the postage receipt as a proof of delivery in case of disputes.
Additional Policies
CUSTOM and NON SHIP-READY PURCHASES:
Pictures seen in the listings are usually sold designs, just samples of what we can make for you. We will try to make them as similar as possible. They are not and may not look exactly the same for a simple reason that no feathers or jewels look the same. All custom made items will take 3 to 10 days to make, depending on how many orders we have to make at the time.
